Second accident

Another big part of my life

As a result of having so many transplants and implants surgeries to the left and right arms (hands, wrists, biceps and shoulders), a few weeks later, I ended up suffering from chronic persistent post surgical pain and needed special surgical treatment to my nervous system:

A long story short, the electrical circuitry needed a good re-fitting.

In the middle of the treatment, while I was standing up with both my arms up to extend the wiring to the maximum length, I lost balance and fell flat on the ground and was instantly dismembered. I lost my left and right arms and my right foot, broke my left wrist, and broke several fingers in both hands.

It took months of intensive work to reconstruct me.

The accident was under investigation and the cause was discovered and rectified.. There was a serious flaw in the design of the structural integrity, which was easily rectified with reinforcement by using a standard steel pipe.

To secure Dude on a chair or on a stand, a mating set of adapter was designed. Posts is permanently installed on the chair and the stand while a socket is firmly installed on me. It is that post that snapped which brought me down on the floor. The pictures below shows the broken post.

The new post was designed with reinforcement by encapsulating a standard threaded steel pipe inside the post as shown on the pictures.
